🥫 FEATURED: WPS Family Food Boxes Available for OPA Families!

Orchard Park Academy families are eligible to receive food boxes provided through a partnership with Community Table. Each box includes a variety of non-perishable food items and a few hygiene essentials.

Who Can Receive a Box: All WPS families are eligible—no formal application is needed!
Pickup Location: 📍 Daniel C. Vallez Family Education Center (7125 Mariposa St, Denver, CO 80221)
Pickup Time: 🕑 Tuesdays and Fridays | 2:00 PM–4:00 PM
- Boxes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ACSO Operation Freebird

The Adams County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) hosts its annual Operation Freebird event, providing the community with access to free food from ACSO and Food Bank of the Rockies, along with other essential services.

Date/Time: Saturday, November 22, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: Mountain States Toyota, 201 W. 70th Ave., Denver, CO 80221.
Resources Available: Food boxes (while supplies last), dental screening, flu shots, mental health resources, veteran services, housing, and other assistance.
Individuals must be present to receive food items.

Almost Home Thanksgiving Meal Baskets

Almost Home is providing Thanksgiving Meal Baskets to families in need. Reservation is required—no walk-ins on the event day.

Distribution Date/Time: Saturday, November 22, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Distribution Location: Columbian Home Event Center, 1096 E Bridge St, Brighton, CO 80601
How to Register (Begins October 20th): You must register in person at the Almost Home Housing Navigation Center (22 S. 4th Ave, Ste. 106, Brighton, CO 80601). Bring Picture I.D. and proof of residency in Adams or Southern Weld County.
